Snap Lux Co — Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at your store email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days are not eligible.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
